Our Team

Robert (Rocky) Mettam, PT

Rocky is a graduate of California State University Long Beach School of Physical Therapy. His work experience includes stints at Harbor General UCLA, Kerlan Jobe Orthopedic Clinic as a staff therapist and Director of its physical therapy operation at View Park Hospital. He co-founded JMP Physical Therapy & Personal Fitness in 1977. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and belongs to the Sports Medicine, Orthopedic and Private Practice Sections.

Rocky has competed in running, swimming and cycling and is a 1983 Iron Man. He has volunteered his time to coach Girls recreational and travel softball teams. He presently enjoys a game of golf, especially on a links course. Rocky is married and has two daughters.


Julie Craig, PT

Julie graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1995 and joined our practice in 1996. Julie became interested in physical therapy while attending college in Maryland, where she was a member of the cross country running team. She was born in Canada, and has lived in cities all across the country, including Toronto and Ottawa. Julie has also lived in several different locations in the U.S. (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Northern California), but is now happy to call Southern California her home.

As one might expect, Julie loves to travel. She has had the opportunity to travel to some exotic locations with her husband, Jamie, who is in the music business. She enjoys many outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing and running. Julie is also happy to spend time with friends and family enjoying good food and good conversation.


Emily Diebold, PT

Emily Diebold, DPT, holds a Doctor of Physical therapy from Chapman University. She graduated from Belmont University earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Emily seeks a special interest in the treatment of dancers and performers.

Emily hopes to contribute to the JMP team by pulling from her understanding of human body movement and manual therapy to provide patient-centered care. She strives to continually expand her knowledge to emphasize a holistic, comprehensive approach to help patients achieve their rehabilitation and movement goals.


Katrina Snouffer, DPT

Katrina is a Chicago native with a background in dance. While working as a physical therapist in Florida, she worked closely with a physician of Florida Hoapital to develop a specialized program to help rehabilitate patients with osteoporosis. She is passionate about the field of Physical Therapy and strives to provide a comprehensive approach to the treatment of her patients based on each patient’s specific needs and goals.

Office Staff

Devonne Lenarth, BA – Administration/Registration Director

Devonne started her employment at JMP Physical Therapy & Personal Fitness as a receptionist in 1990. She was promoted to Administration and Registration Director in 1998, after receiving her dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Labor Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies.

Devonne’s responsibilities include Human Resources, insurance contracts, corporate compliance and patient relations for all four of our clinics.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling and is involved with various volunteer organizations.
